Imperial Palace Saipan, the phase 1 development project of Imperial Pacific International Holdings Limited, is expected to be completed soon with total surface area of 140,000 square meters, in order to expand the current entertainment and gaming facilities. Located in Garapan at the heart of Saipan, this world luxury holiday resort will be a rare combination of luxury integrated casinos, five-star luxury accommodation, and a wide range of exclusive dining and entertainment facilities, including more than 200 gaming tables and over 350 slot machines. The 14-storey hotel building will offer more than 340 opulent hotel suites including 15 deluxe villas to exceed the satisfaction of all guests who pay attention to every detail.

Imperial Palace Saipan will have over 20 unique food and beverage concepts, including both Asian and Western fine dining, casual dining, a beach club, a night club, a pool lounge and much more. Many of these restaurants will be headed by famous talented chefs from around the world of which some have never opened overseas. We aim to create one of the most concentrated collections of gourmet talent in the world, and in order to leverage this huge talent further, we aim to turn Saipan into one of the premium wedding destinations in the world, with a dedicated wedding team putting together very compelling packages drawing on the many attractions of the island and the resort.
