Rua Al Madinah is one of the mega projects in the holy city of Al-Madinah Al-Munawarah, which is a key initiative of the Public Investment Fund 2018-2020 Program, a cornerstone among twelve other 'vision realization programs'​ launched by the state to ensure realization of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.

Rua Al-Madinah Project is a mega mixed-used real estate development to be developed on a land of 1.35 million sqm, with a total built-up area of 3.53 million sqm. The masterplan is driven by a special vision to uniquely integrate with Al-Masjid Al-Nabawi and create an unparalleled experience for residents and visitors by blending the heritage of Al-Madinah with a modern paradigm, while ensuring crowd safety, economic viability and environmental sustainability.
